We recommend staying somewhere near Wolfpen in Roswell, GA to be ready for the 8:00 AM kickoff on Monday, April 20th.

Your entry fee includes:

• 4 nights accommodation (April 20-24, 2026)
• Private hotel room for the first two nights:
  • Night 1: Hotel in Highlands, NC
  • Night 2: Hotel in Asheville, NC
• Private bedroom with private bathroom in luxury mountain cabins for the final two nights (Sevierville, TN)
• Enduro Go Kart Racing at Atlanta Motorsports Park
• Organized scenic drives through the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains
• Rally materials and participant welcome kit

Note: Meals, fuel, and personal expenses are not included and will be paid separately.

Yes! If you need to arrange vehicle shipping to the rally, please contact Joe directly at 931-434-2834. He can help coordinate shipping logistics to ensure your car arrives safely and on time.

This rally is limited to Porsche GT cars largely. Routes are selected with high-performance, low-clearance vehicles in mind - we avoid rough surfaces and steep driveways that could damage your car. All venues have been vetted for secure parking and valet compatibility.

We recommend bringing:

• Valid driver's license and insurance documentation
• Comfortable driving gear and casual clothing
• Camera or phone for photos at scenic stops
• Sunglasses and sunscreen
• Any personal items for 4 nights
• GPS or phone mount for navigation

A detailed packing list will be provided closer to the event.

The rally is limited to 29 participants (29 cars total) to ensure an intimate, well-organized experience with proper convoy management and personalized attention at all venues.

We'll collect dietary restriction information from all participants before the event. Please inform us of any allergies, dietary preferences, or restrictions when you register, and we'll work with our dining venues to accommodate your needs.

We monitor weather conditions closely and have contingency plans in place. In the event of severe weather, we may adjust routes or timing to ensure participant safety. All participants will be notified immediately of any schedule changes via our communication channels.
